Personality Bio
I began my radio career in 1995 working as a production and promotions intern and doing some work as a board operator.

In 1998 I left Cincinnati and traveled to the state of Illinois to do overnights in Quincy Illinois for 2 years.  I returned to Cincinnati in 2000 taking a break from radio and working in the banking business but in 2002 I joined Clear Channel as a talk show producer.   I have enjoyed my job since day one and enjoy working with everyone here.

I am a big Nascar fan that enjoys watching races on Saturday and Sunday's and talking to other Nascar Fans.  Please feel free to drop me a line via email at nascar1360@hotmail.com to discuss anything about nascar or racing in general.

I began watching racing when I was growing up watching, Dale Earnhardt, Bobby Allison, Darryl Waltrip and Bill Elliott.  In 2002 I attended my first race  at Indianapolis Race Park on a Friday Night and then on Saturday by watching my first cup race at the Brickyard seeing Bill Elliott win.  Since then I haven't been able to go a day without watching Nascar, IRL, Arca and anything racing.   I am a big fan of Tony Stewart and have been following him since his rookie season in 1999 when he won rookie of the year.

I am excited about getting the chance to do a Nascar blog on 1360ESPN.com

Danica Patrick Pulled Over
Friday 01-02-2009 2:44pm ET
I saw this and had to laugh, not at the fact that Danica got a ticket for speeding but hearing police pulling her over for speeding.  Duh!  She is getting ready for the season that kicks off April 5th, 2009 in St Petersburg.

If I was an IRL driver I am sure I would be in the same boat alot.  When you drive a race car that goes 200 plus mph and then get into a car that may top 120, wouldn't you try to get it to go as fast as you could?

Petty Enterprises & Gillett Evernham Motorsports
Friday 01-02-2009 2:16am ET
The final stages are in the works for the merger between Petty & GEM.  What has happened to Nascar in the last few years or the last couple of decades.

Remember Petty being the force to reckon with, Richard 200 career wins?  Then you have DEI that was headed up by Dale Earnhardt winner of 7 championships now seeing his company merging with Ganassi.

Are the economic signs a picture of what is to come?  Back in the day you had teams that had 1 or 2 cars and competed like champs but now if you don't have 4-5 teams your not going to make it, but after 2009, Nascar teams can only own 4 teams.

Well here is more on the Petty, GEM Merger (nascar.com)
